Switching from Glofox to Mumokshu

Step 1 — Export your data from Glofox
In Glofox, go to Members → Export Members. For classes, use Schedule → Export.
Step 2 — Import to Mumokshu
- 1Create your free Mumokshu account at mumokshu.com
- 2Go to Settings → Import Data
- 3Upload the CSV file you exported from Glofox
- 4Review the automatic mapping (shown below) and confirm
- 5Click Import — you're live

Frequently asked questions
Will I lose any data when switching from Glofox?
No. We import everything we can automatically, and flag the items that need a manual step. Your Glofox data stays intact — we never touch the original.
How long does the migration take?
Most teachers are live on Mumokshu within 24 hours of exporting their data. CSV import takes under 5 minutes.
Do my students need to create new accounts?
We import your student list automatically. Students receive a one-click invite to claim their profile on Mumokshu.
Can I run Glofox and Mumokshu at the same time during transition?
Absolutely — many teachers run both for 2–4 weeks to give students time to migrate at their own pace.
Is there a fee to migrate?
Migration is completely free. Mumokshu never charges setup or import fees.
